I am Lindsey Huchrak and I have been a practicing life coach for five years. Before that I was a trainer working in the public and private sector. My background is in commerce and I ran my own business for ten years in the eighties. I am married and have one daughter with my husband and two step daughters. I am a step grandmother to four grandchildren and in my spare time I am a singer, songwriter, (using my maiden name Lindsey Reed) working and performing as a jazz trio with my husband on double bass and a friend on guitar. We are about to launch our first album, an exciting venture.

If we can learn to communicate with ourselves and others with more clarity and without fear we will reap all the rewards, because we are meant to be happy, we are meant to be fillfilling our dreams.
